"Minecraft PS4 Edition," "Minecraft Seeds Xbox One Edition" and "Minecraft Vita Edition" were all playable at E3 2014. However, the popular franchise still isn't coming to Nintendo platforms despite located on other major gaming platforms.
In an interview with Kotaku on June 20, Shigeru Miyamoto admitted that he hasn't played the popular title although he's got heard a lot regarding it. He believes that this game is nearly similar in concept to "Mario Maker."
Before the relieve Minecraft's Xbox One and PS4 versions, 4J Studios expressed their need to keep all of the various editions in the game on the same update schedule much like what you currently do on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The developer seems to be sticking to that plan since they have finally said that the first cross-generational update is on its way soon.
